This is the perfect serum for sorting out problematic skin.

This is a Grapeseed Base Oil with a mixture of tea tree, Geranium and grapefruit. Each oil has been chosen for its specific properties.

Grapeseed oil: Chosen as it contains both anti oxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. These are essential for stopping acne in its tacks. The oil also has a high concentration of Linoleic acid which aids healing the skin.

Grape seed is a light oil and can be used by those with the most sensitive of skin, its an excellent moisturiser as it doesn't clog your pores. Its actually fantastic for oily skin too as it helps combat the over production of oil by moisturising the skin ( oils skin is often caused as the skin is actually dry and over compensates with oil to try and rectify the problem).

Along with all this fabulousness it has an astringent quality so it helps tighten and close your pores further preventing blackheads.

Grape seed oil is rich in Polyphenols, these are anti inflammatory antioxidants and known to help prevent aging as well as further preventing acne breakouts. Fine Lines/Wrinkles can also be eased with grape seed oil as it has an effect on the skins elasticity making an lines less pronounced.

Tea Tree oil: Tea Tree is amazing and I'm sure you will know of it for use on problem skin. It is an antibacterial, antiseptic, expectorant, anti viral, antimicrobial, fungicide, cicatrisant and insecticide (phew)!

This means not only does this stop bacteria, fungus, microbes and viruses in their tracks ( great for cleaning those messy acne break outs) it promotes healing, and will help get rid of scarring. It repels certain insects such as mosquitoes, flies, lice and fleas ( but please don't use sirens serum on your pet - please seek advice from a vetinary professional), it has also been proven to be an amazing antiseptic on open wounds. Tea Tree oil also has a stimulating effect on circulation, hormones and your immune system and can act like a magical shield against a lot of infections.

Aside from all this there are still a lot more benefits of Tea tree oil including relief from muscular aches and pains due to its anti inflammatory nature and its effect on stimulating blood flow to help speed up the healing process.

I could write an essay on this essential oil alone but I don't want to bore you, so feel free to google the benefits of Tea Tree oil when you get the chance to appreciate just how amazing this oil really is!

Grapefruit: this oil can help get rid of excessive oil produced by your skin, it combats dryness and it also targets dark spots, wrinkle sand fine lines! Its also an antiseptic so again great for helping clear up acne.

Grapefruit oil helps the body flush out toxins that can build up in your cells and lead to cellulite. Therefore a few drops of this in your bathwater and a gentle massage of areas you may be prone to cellulite may help you detox.

Again this is also an antioxidant and is very rich in vitamin C. The anti oxidants boost your skins regenerative abilities and help you maintain a more youthful appearance.

Grapefruit is also used to alleviate PMS so add a drop or two of this serum to your bath ( or massage directly onto the soles of your feet and lower stomach to help balance out hormone function

Its a well known energy booster in aromatherapy and helps combat stress, anxiety and depression.

Geranium: Geranium oil was used by the Egyptians to promote beautiful skin. It is commonly used in anti acne treatments to help reduce inflammation, treat acne and it has the added benefits of helping to alleviate anxiety and balance out your hormones.

Geranium oil is one of the best essential oils for a range of skin issues such as oily skin, dermatitis and eczema. It will help to cleanse your skin and therefore helps to get rid of dirt, sebum, toxins and dead cells from your pores.

This oils main benefits are that it minimizes inflammation, improves circulation, helps to alleviate stress, anxiety and depression and helps tighten your pores. It is a  natural astringent so it will help tighten your skin and therefore minimise the look of fine lines and wrinkles. As an astringent it will also help to contract and tighten your muscles  which can stop your skin from sagging.

Geranium is antibacterial again so will help fight any infections and can stop any bacteria growing on your skin or in a wound. Again this is also a cicatrisant so it will improve your blood flow and circulation which in turn helps to speed up the healing process of any blemishes, cuts etc. and will help fade the look of scars and spots on your skin.

So Ill stop writing my essay on how awesome these oils are and let you know what to do with it once your bottle is in your hands....

All you need to do is rub 2/3 drops into your clean skin at night. You apply more often if you want to or you can add a few droppers worth of serum to your bath water. However as Grapefruit oil is photosensitive I wouldn't recommend using this when you are about to go out and expose yourself to the sun, this is why I have suggested using this at night.

Avoid contact with eyes
not for internal use
discontinue use and rinse if irritation occurs
not recommended while pregnant and/or breastfeeding.
